Moving Target (2026) is the new 7-track EP from Gable Price and Friends, released October 2 via Capitol CMG. Part one of a larger story, the project marks a raw return to indie-alternative rock roots after relentless touring, with sharp, self-aware lyrics exploring relational instability, burnout, faith questions, and the search for answers amid uncertainty. Standouts include the title track (“I’m throwing darts in the dark / Trying to hit a moving target”), “Too Good,” “One Bedroom Apartment,” and “Looking For You.” Rooted in honest vulnerability and driving guitars, it’s an earnest, bruised-but-hopeful chapter from the rising Redding-based band known for their compelling live energy.
