I can't log into my account.
If you are a returning customer from a previous Christwill site, you should have already received an account invite. If you cannot find it in your spam folder, then please send us an email so we can send you another. Request Account Invite
If you are a new customer, you should have been given the option to create your account when checking out. If you didn't create one at that time, send us an email and we can send you one.
I can't find my downloads.
You should have received a separate email from your order confirmation (or import for orders from the previous Christwill sites) for links to your downloads. You can also access your downloads from your account page on My Praise Store Account. There is a small "View All Downloads" link above the order history
You can also click on an order number and click the download button.
How do I search for a title.
There are a lot of way to browse the store through styles, occasions, or labels. You can also easily search by clicking the magnifying glass in the upper right corner of the screen and immediately typing. If you press enter after typing, you will be taken to a page where you can use the filters on the side to narrow down the results.
I'm missing some titles from my orders from the previous Christwill sites.
Your titles from the last Christwill site should have been automatically imported, but those from the first site have to be manually imported. If you feel you are missing some, please send us an email Orders Missing. Be sure to tell us all the email addresses you have used in the past, so we don't miss any orders.
Trouble with downloads on an iPhone.

Page. For some older version of IOS, the device will start playing the MP3 instead of asking to download. You should be able to use the share function from the app that is playing the music to save to your device or iCloud.
Permissions for Streaming
All of our music is covered under the CCLI license your church would have if they are already streaming. The only exception is music from Daywind Records. They have their own agreement. More information on Daywind can be found here... Daywind
