There are no returns for any purchase.
Damaged and Defective CDs.
We do replace all damaged and defective CDs. Use CONTACT US to request a replacement CD. Use CONTACT US to tell us what is wrong with the CD. We send replacement CDs within 1-3 business days. In some cases, we may require you to put scratches on the shiny side of a defective CD, take a photo showing the scratches, and then attach the photo to message to us.
Refunds
Accompaniment Tracks and artist album CDs contain copyrighted material. Because it is easy for a buyer to make a fraudulent claim for a defective CD, we do not issue refunds. However, as stated above, for legitimate defective or damaged CDs, we do replacement the CD.
Cancellations
We must be informed of a request to cancel an order within one hour of order placement. When this is met, we will issue a full refund. To cancel an order, use CONTACT US.
