Registration

Pre-registration is not required to place an order on our website. Instead, we have integrated registration into the checkout process. Your email address becomes your username and a random password is generated for you. These are presented to you as log in information on your order confirmation page and email. This log in information grants you access to your order details (which include shipping information) as well as the ability to change contact information and access download purchases.

 Orders

Most of the information we collect is used to process your order(s). During the order process, you must provide financial information such as your credit card number, card expiration date, and card security code. This information is used for billing purposes in the fulfillment of your order. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this contact information to get in touch with you. To properly process your credit card information, we must share your personal and financial information with the merchant bank for authorization and approval.
