Rejoice! (A Celtic Christmas) (2025) is the first full-length holiday album from We Are Messengers, released November 14 via Curb Records. Expanding on their earlier EP, the 10-track project honors frontman Darren Mulligan’s Irish roots with fresh, Celtic-flavored arrangements of beloved carols, featuring traditional instruments like fiddle, pipes, harp, and flute recorded in a historic Irish church. Standouts include “We Three Kings” (which hit No. 1 on Christian Airplay), “Hark! The Herald Angels Sing,” “The Wexford Carol,” “O Holy Night,” and the original “Thorn and Thistle” with Keith & Kristyn Getty. Mulligan shares, “We wanted to do something that reminded us of the beautiful, rich cultural heritage that we have here in Ireland.” A joyful, heritage-rich celebration of the Christmas story.
