If you were a customer at the previous Christwill website, your profile should already be active at this new site. We have sent out "Account Invite" emails so check your spam folder if you don't see it in your in-box. If you still don't see the account invite email, please reach out and we can send it again.

Your previous orders should be available on the new site, but there are still a few orders that had issues. Feel free to reach out that you haven't gotten your orders imported.

We are checking and replying to the submissions from the contact form as well as the emails on a regular basis, and if you don't get a reply within a few hours (except when we are sleeping), check your spam folder.
